Bryn Lewis – Director / Owner

Bryn is responsible for the construction side of the business as well as the finance / accounts. Bryn is heavily involved with the design & engineering of Carrington projects and follows each stage on the builds very carefully with the engineers.

Sukru Karakaya – Director / Owner

Sukru is responsible for the company administration with regards to planning permissions; transfers of title deeds and all property related red tape! Sukru also controls all Carrington Sales and travels over Europe attending property exhibitions marketing our products. 

Hulya Karakaya – Director

Hulya is responsible for all finance / accounts within the Carrington Group. Everything goes through Hulya’s desk for approval before any payments are made.

Hulya is responsible for recording of all information / expenses for our developments and providing the annual company reports.

Asif Hayat – General Manager

Asif joined Carrington in 2011 in the role of General Manager. Asif is responsible for the day-to-day effective running of Carrington’s office, its policies and working practices.

He is also responsible for Carrington’s new sales markets and developing new business opportunities.

Alison Hatcher – Office Manager

Alison is our office manager and deals with the day to day running of the business. All property related emails go through Alison who priorities and monitors work flow for the office.

Alison supervises and schedules all the property management & rental work, submits extras for invoices and controls jobs through to completion.

Ozgur – Head Engineer

Ozgur is our engineer responsible for monitoring all Carrington’s construction work. He is responsible for improving standards and creating new working practices.

Asim Karabeca- Property Maintenance / Construction Services

Asim is responsible for all extra property maintenance works for Carrington. We get many requests now for painting, insulation works, construction and many other jobs on other people’s properties.

 Asim makes the site inspections and is responsible for making quotes and following all jobs through to conclusion.

Ali Duran – Construction Foreman

Ali is responsible for getting the jobs done! Once we get to the point of quotes being accepted and Asim has done his part then Ali takes over and organises all the works & labor required.

Hassan Duran - Swimming Pool Maintenance

Hassan looks after the large swimming pool at Deniz Sihir and also 45 other swimming pools belonging to Carrington customers.

Hassan reports directly to Katya who runs the property management department. Hassan is responsible for all pool maintenance, yearly pumping equipment.

Katya Greer – Property Management

Katya runs Carrington’s property management section of the company. She is responsible for all weekly checks and the control of monthly reports to clients about their properties.

Katya organises the cleaning and laundry schedule, first point of contact for holiday rental customers and gives out weekly cleaning schedules for the swimming pools

Yuliya Yankova – Sales / Aftersales

Yuliya is responsibile for sales & marketing in Russia and is responsible for the upkeep of the Homes Abroad Cyprus Website and after sales.

Cicek -Cleaning & Laundry Management

Cikek is in charge of all cleaning and laundry services. She is responsible for ensuring all external staircases and communal areas are clean at Deniz Sihir at all times. Cikek is in charge of all cleaning at Carrington, all holiday changeovers and exit inspections.

She is also the best Turkish chef in North Cyprus!!
