The following photographs were taken on Thursday 5th June 2008. Morlais (Song of the sea) is progressing extremely well. Again we apologise for individual photographs not labelled but we are keeping all the owners up to date currently with stages being completed.
During the last month all the concrete structure work has now been completed and we have been working extremely hard to finish the stone walling so we can authorise the road engineer to begin. We are expecting the stone walling to be completed in the next two weeks. The first few villas are in the process of being handed over to the owners and work is on schedule to finish the site and the remaining villas. Over the next month we hope to finish all the flooring of the villas and have the windows fitted to 75% of the site. Nearly all of the kitchens & wardrobes have now been ordered and hope to have a large proportion of these finished within 5 - 6 weeks.
