The road construction team have started work on Morlais now with an estimated completion time of 4 - 5 weeks. Work has now finished on all the villa structures & pools. The tiling teams estimate is 3 - 4 weeks to complete all the swimming pools & villas. Central heating systems are now being installed and the painting team is moving from villa to villa. The stone walling is almost complete on site, maybe 2 weeks will see everything finalised. Over the coming week all the residents on Morlais will receive a handover document via email to let you know the process of taking possession of your villa.
