Deniz Sihir - Magic Bar Opened

Deniz Sihir Restaurant

From all the staff at Carrington we would like to wish the new restaurant owners on our Deniz Sihir site best wishes for the grand opening tonight. Over the last 2 weeks the restaurant has proved a huge hit with residents and the feedback received has been fantastic.

Tonight sees the official opening with live music and dancers from 8pm onwards

Marina View - March Update

The show apartment block of apartments on Marina View 2 are progressing extremely well. Within the next week we are expecting to start tiling the apartments ready for delivery of windows and the kitchens. Our target is still to finish the show apartment for the end of March.

Apartment of the Year - 2009 Property Awards

On Saturday 21st November 2009 Carrington Group attended the prestigious TRNC International Property Awards at the Grand Rocks Hotel in Kyrenia, Northern Cyprus.

Following on from our success in the 2008 property awards we were extremely proud to have been awarded the 'Apartment of the Year' by the president of the TRNC, Mehmet Ali Talat. This apartment award was for the extremely high standards reached during the construction of Deniz Sihir in Esentepe.

Carrington - New Office

Carrington have now moved offices from the old show house apartments at Esentepe into the offices located in the middle of Deniz Sihir. We would like to take this opportunity to introduce 2 new members of the team who have recently joined Carrington and to also thank Tony & Tim for their support in 2009 as both are leaving Carrington at the end of the year.

Ergen (Cha Cha) is also leaving us at the end of the year to follow his new career as a lecturer at the Girne American college and we all wish him the best of success. Paul Parkin is now joining Katie in the property management section to take Ergen's role and Salih Pasa has now taken over sales & customer care.

As part of Carrington's commitment to improving our customer services, we have integrated a number of exciting new features into this website. The most important feature is now the ability to communicate more effectively with our customers with a new online newsletter facility. Carrington will be sending updates now on a regular basis keeping everyone informed of the latest news from North Cyprus.

We have added all our current customer database into this facility to start with, there is an option to opt out automatically if you no longer wish to receive these updates.
