My husband and I are delighted to be able to put pen to paper about your company.

Back in 2010 we had already decided on buying a property abroad but a chance conversation with Asif made the whole process a lot easier. We were introduced to the idea of buying a Carrington Property and after seeing a lot of your developments chose a resale property on Deniz Sihir.

In the beginning we bombarded Carrington with many questions. If they didn’t have an immediate answer Asif would contact a third party and very quickly came back with an answer. They advised us on everything from finding a Solicitor, how to send money over to Cyprus, buying extra furniture, etc. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them - and still isn’t even though we have the keys now.

We have already signed up for their property management services, its great to know someone will clean our apartment, do the laundry and look after it while we are not there!!

Buying in another country can be extremely daunting and you have to be able to trust somebody and for us that ‘somebody’ was Carrington

Since moving into our apartment in Deniz Sihir, we have found no major building construction problems. The hand-over and follow-up service was of an excellent standard and after-sales care has been superb. Everyone at Carrington is highly professional, friendly and helpful, and we particularly appreciate the attention to detail and prompt resolution of any problems. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Carrington as the company of choice if you are thinking of purchasing a property in North Cyprus.

My husband plays Golf a lot so he always wanted an apartment near the golfcourse....in Skotland! I have always wanted one apartment near the sea in a warm country... because i like thoose things better! In North cyprus we found both...we are very happy for that... and it was not a difficult decision! We hope to spend a lot of time here ...specially when we get a little bit older... and hopefully spend some time here ...with our grandchildren some day. We are also very impressed with the work Carrington are doing and we get updated if anything happend! It feels great!!!
