Carrington Group - Our Team

SUKRU KARAKAYA - DIRECTOR / OWNER

Sukru is responsible for the company administration with regards to planning permissions; transfers of title deeds and all property related red tape! Sukru also controls all Carrington Sales and travels over Europe attending property exhibitions marketing our products.

BURCU KARAKAYA - DIRECTOR / OWNER

Burcu was a key member of the founders and is a co-owner of the Carrington Group. As part of the decision making team with regards to new projects, Burcu’s contributions has been valuable to the Carrington Group’s success.

HULYA KARAKAYA - FINANCE DIRECTOR

Hulya is responsible for all finance / accounts within the Carrington Group. Everything goes through Hulya’s desk for approval before any payments are made. Hulya also moniors and organises external maintenance works and construction timescales. 

ASIF HAYAT - GENERAL MANAGER

Asif joined Carrington in 2011 in the role of General Manager. Asif's main responsibilities are looking after marketing and sales and identifying new business opportunties. Asif has vast experience in the North Cyprus property market as won the 2011 'Best Sales Representative' working in his role within Carrington Group. 

ALISON HATCHER - OFFICE MANAGER

Alison is our office manager and deals with the day to day running of the business. All property related emails go through Alison who priorities and monitors work flow for the office. Alison supervises and schedules all the property management & rentals work, submits extras for invoices and controls jobs through to completion. Alison is normally the first point of contact at Carrington's office for any enquiries and is always there to help out.

ASIM KARABETCA - ARCHITECT

Asim takes an active role in the design and build of Carrington projects. He is also responsible for all extra property maintenance works for Carrington. A large proportion of Carrington's work is now external maintenance work in the Esentepe area. Asim makes the site inspections and is responsible for writing quotes and following all jobs through to conclusion. 

NATASHA BURNS - RUSSIAN SALES MANAGER

Natasha is our Russian sales manager and operates out of Holland & Russia. Natasha is also responsible for Carrington’s new sales markets in Eastern Europe. 

ELENA POTAPOVA - ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Elena is our Client Account Manager.  She manages our Google accounting system and is your first point of contact for all billing and account enquiries. Elena also heads up the site maintenance team for Crystal Bay Village, a new addition to Carrington’s site management portfolio.  As a native Russian speaker with fluent English, she is invaluable to our sales and marketing function.

 DESTINE KORAK- PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Destine is responsible for all weekly checks and monthly reporting for the villas in our Property Managment portfolio.  She also organises the weekly cleaning, laundry and pool maintenance schedules and is the first point of contact for villa owners and rental guests when they need help during their stays here in Cyprus

İLKE UNLUCAN - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

İlke is a new addition to our Property Management team, responsible for looking after properties in Marina View, Quays and Waterside.  In addition, he works with Elena as the maintenance manager for Crystal Bay Village.  His excellent English allows him to liaise efficiently with all our clients.     

ALI DURAN - SITE SUPERVISOR

Ali is our Foreman and has been with the company for 8 years.  He controls and supervises all maintenance and construction work and manages the workforce.  He is also responsible for the maintenance of construction machinery and equipment. 

ŞEREF TUNCEL - CHIEF ENGINEER

Şeref is our Structural Engineer.  His expertise ensures that all our properties are built to a very high standard and are structurally sound to withstand all environmental pressures. 

CICEK SEKER- CLEANING & LAUNDRY SERVICES

Cikek is in charge of all cleaning and laundry services. She is responsible for ensuring all external staircases and communal areas are clean at Deniz Sihir at all times. Cikek is in charge of all cleaning at Carrington, all holiday changeovers and exit inspections.

She is also the best Turkish chef in North Cyprus!!

HASAN DURAN - POOL MAINTENANCE

Hassan is responsible for all pool maintenance and the yearly servicing of all pumping equipment & filters. Hasan also is responsible for the control and servicing of the sewage 'ARITMA' systems on Carrington's developments.
